SKILLS CLINIC

Through the skills clinics the athletes will get an in-depth breakdown of the skills, advanced positional knowledge and fundamental responsibilities that go hand in hand with their specific positions. These clinics will be loaded with high repetition of skills and drills in addition to helpful feedback from coaches. Improving technique and raising volleyball IQ will be a focus to advance athletes during these positional specific clinics.

In addition we will have a full 1 hour serving clinic in between the sessions. This serving clinic will break down the fundamentals and techniques of serving. This session is for beginners through advanced players. Whether you’re working on getting your serve over the net or wanting to advance your jump serve, this serving camp is for you. We will take the time to give individual attention to all athletes in our serving sessions.

Skills clinics will be broken into 2 1/2 hours of individual skill work. There will be a Setting option, an Attacking option and a Ball Control option. These clinics are recommended for all levels of athletes from beginner to advanced.
